Steve Tiufekchiev helps companies use technology to disrupt, reinvent and enhance recruiting processes to solve persistent pain points. His role at Yello is a continuation of what he has been doing his whole career – being the voice of recruitment change. Steve has nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruiting and university relations, with a focus on modernizing recruitment processes. As the director of college recruiting at CSRA, Steve developed a scalable recruiting model to deliver an interview-to-offer time of 14 days, while meeting annual hiring goals of 140 full time and intern positions. Previously, Steve served as national recruiting director at Deloitte and associate director, employer development at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Dick Finnegan

Dick Finnegan is a world-renowned expert on stay interviews, employee engagement and cutting turnover. Anne LaBeaume Coleman
Senior Manager, Disney Campus Recruitment

Anne LaBeaume Coleman’s Disney journey began as an intern in the Disney College Program at the Walt Disney World Resort, while a senior at Northwest Missouri State University. Twenty-two years later, she has never looked back. Coleman’s professional career has been highlighted by a progression through various roles in Talent Acquisition. Success in roles as a recruiter and a team leader have paved the way for her current leading role as a senior manager on the Campus Recruitment team. Along the way, Coleman spent two years leading the Disney College Program team – the very program where she started. Her career has certainly come full circle.  

Today, Coleman leads a team of nine tech recruiters who recruit all the technology interns across The Walt Disney Co., including Lucas, Marvel, Disney Animation, parks, experiences, products, Walt Disney Television and the newly launched Direct to Consumer team. She leads the campus engagement strategy, works closely with her talent acquisition partners on opportunities to convert top talent and works with the team on creative ways to showcase the tech behind the magic.
